Bear Lodge just sold another developer condo, 6108.  This was a fabulous patio suite condominium complete with an outdoor fireplace and private 7 person hottub.  Thanks to Peggy Garret, with Steamboat Village Brokers, for her hard work and helping us get the deal closed.
